Direction for Use:
Put the cake blank in the center of the turntable.
Adjust the distance between the horizontal knife and the vertical knife (5-8mm).
Turn on the power.
Place the cream in a piping bag, and squeeze the cream evenly (side from bottom to top, top from inside to outside).
Scrape off the excess cream on the horizontal and vertical knives, turn the horizontal knives little by little to a right angle (not too fast), keep the trowel rotating, and take out the horizontal and vertical knives.
Remove the horizontal knife and vertical know, and wipe the embryo.
